What are the acceptance criteria for Compressed Wood Pallet?




A compressed wood pallet is a type of pallet made from compressed wood chips and resin. These pallets offer a number of benefits over traditional wood pallets, including increased durability and resistance to moisture. They are also lighter and more uniform in size and shape, which can make them easier to handle and transport. Compressed wood pallets are often used in industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and logistics.

1. Appearance acceptance criteria: 1. The pallet material is made of multi-layer wooden glued fumigation material; 2. The surface of the pallet tiles is smooth, without cracks and deformations that affect use, and all materials should not have defects such as rot, insect infestation; 3. All The processing of the wood should be square and without bevels; 4. The iron nails used for the pallet should be firmly and vertically nailed into the supporting wood, so that the pallet structure is solid; 5. There should be no less than 4 iron nails at the joints of the four corner pads of the pallet, and at least 4 iron nails at the connection of the inner pads. There should be no less than 3 iron staples; 6. There should be no missing nails, crooked nails, or oblique nails on the pallet, and the nail tips and nail heads should not be exposed;

2.Compressed Wood Pallet Size acceptance standards: 1. Plane dimensions of ordinary pallets: 900*900mm, 960*960mm, 1100*1100mm, 1140*1140mm, 1200*1200mm, 1300*1300mm, tolerance ±3mm; 2. Pallet support wood cross-section dimensions: 90*90mm, tolerance ±2mm; 720*720 pallet support wood cross-section size: 50*90, tolerance ±2mm3, pallet tile thickness 15mm, tolerance ±1mm, thickened tile thickness 20mm, tolerance ±1mm; 4. Special Specifications Pallet size: 720*720mm, tolerance: -20-0mm, the inner spacing of the support wood under the pallet is >570mm; 5. The thickness of the padding strips at the bottom of the pallet is >10mm; 6. The length of the fixing nails is >6cm.
